Stallholder Pro

Organiser Pro
For organisers running Shows — fairs, exhibitions, markets, conventions.

Pick monthly or annual. The 3.5% per ticket still applies on ticketed Shows.
- In-app floor plan editor: Drag stalls, walls, aisles and amenity icons onto a live canvas. No spreadsheets, no third-party tools.
- Floor plan templates: Start from a layout designed for your kind of show — village hall, marquee, ballroom, hangar — then tweak it.
- Multi-zone shows: Up to five zones per show for multi-room venues. Attendees switch between them with a tab.
- Stall management: Bind stallholders to their stalls, run the directory, manage invites and claims.

By default, you. The 3.5% comes out of the ticket price you set. If you want the fan to cover it instead, switch on "pass fees to buyer" in event settings and the fee shows as a line item at checkout.
When you refund a ticket, you get the 3.5% back too. Stripe's 1.5% + 20p stays with Stripe (that's their policy on every platform, not ours). You're never out of pocket for our share.
Stripe pays out daily by default once your account is verified. New accounts have a short hold while Stripe completes verification. After that, money lands in your bank in two business days.
Free tickets are free. We don't charge a fee on £0 tickets, ever. List as many free events as you like.
Not for ticketing. The 3.5% per ticket is the whole price. No setup fee, no per-seat fee, no charge for QR scanning, embeds, automated emails, or analytics. The optional Pro plans (Stallholder Pro at £15/month, Organiser Pro at £25/month) sit alongside ticketing and are entirely optional — you only pay them if you want the Pro features.
Stripe charges 1.5% + 20p per UK card transaction (a bit more for EU and international cards, that's their published rate). Stripe takes that directly. It never sits with us. You can read Stripe's fee schedule on their website.
Cancel any time, no penalty. Refund all tickets in one click. We refund our 3.5% on each refunded ticket. Stripe's processing fee stays with Stripe (their policy, every platform).
Pound sterling for the UK. Euros and US dollars for organisers based in the EU and US. Stripe handles the conversion. We're focused on the UK first, but the platform works everywhere Stripe does.
